I was really dreading this class, I thought I would be so bored and just waiting for it to end. But TIM WAS EXCELLENT. He kept it funny and is very knowledgeable. GREAT CLASS!

Tim was very respectful and considerate of everyone no matter the experience they had. I took the full LTC course and was engaged the entire time. I was worried that the class would be boring but Tim had a wonderful way to keep me engaged while learning.

I have little experience in terms of firearms but Tim made sure to teach and explain the intricacies of the meaning of being a LTC card carrier. Tim’s teaching method made sure that everyone would have a full comprehensive knowledge of laws and rules helping me pass my test.

At the shooting portion of the test Tim made sure everyone was comfortable, safe, and knowledgeable enough to participate in that portion. Tim was very accommodating and respectful through the full course. I personally believe if you want a top tier education and experience for a LTC course he is the way to go. Very fairly priced and very knowledgeable all around.

Long story short, you’re getting more than your monies worth. I believe it would be a mistake to pass him up.

I took the LTC course, Tim was an amazing instructor. He kept us engaged and feeling safe 100% of the time, he made it so tougher portions were easy to understand and he was very clear in the classroom and at the range. If you’re like me and are unsure of your abilities to handling a firearm TAKE THIS CLASS!!

I would like to express how grateful I am for having attended the TDR Training for the Texas LTC Proficiency test with Range Instruction with Tim Reedy as my instructor.

Tim provided a very informative classroom part of this test that covered not only the Texas LTC laws but also real life episodes of handgun safety mishaps that were captured on video.
This really pointed out the simple handgun safety steps to follow that will prevented accidents like this happening in my life.

Tim also covered proper holsters, situation awareness, non lethal use of force and much more.

Once on the live firing range, Tim is a master with hands on handgun training.

After the training Tim provides you with continuous handgun training outlines you can do on your own plus, Tim also provides hands on advanced handgun training.

I highly recommend TDR TRAINING for your Texas LLC license Application!

Tim is a good teacher. He gives usefull feedback to encourage good firearm management and accuracy. Keeping the training enjoyable goes a long way toward encouraging further training.

Tim and Steven were very experienced, thoroughly trained, very pleasant, and patient with us fairly new shooters. I felt safe in the gun handling and felt confident that our instructors would make sure we remained so. It was a lot much more than I expected. It was informative and very interesting. I am very satisfied with all they taught us in just 4 hours. So happy I decided to have this training with Tim and Steven.

Tim provides really excellent quality training and information. Being very inexperienced going in I came out feeling very capable of becoming confident with the knowledge and steps to practice provided and taught. The approach of the class brings quick results and feelings of accomplishment. Tim’s experience readily spots how to fix and improve one’s shot.

Should have more stars up there ! Great class from TDR. Training , as always. Very knowledgeable about the different items taught & are able to communicate this to the students. I have taken 4 classes so far & I am looking forward to practicing what I have been taught & to future classes. Well done !
